    It's that time of year again, Halloween and time for a get-together! =^)

    Usually we'd try to hold our get-togethers at our
    Neotopian Hangout via Plug.dj but unfortunately,
    last month Plug.dj terminated it's service =^(
    We'll def miss Plug.dj and wish them all the best !! :emojiwave:

    Fortunately, we're lucky to have our very own, very capable ShoutBox right here on our forums!
    We'd be honored if you would join us in our SB for this month's get-together on

    Wednesday, October 28th, 2015
    at 3pm PDT// 5pm CDT// 6pm EDT// 10pm GMT

    We can share music, pics, gifs, videos, chat and

    My question is will anyone be in charge like @UncleSpun was for the last one...
    If not it could be quite a mess.

    Another thought that i can't put to a shorter name is that:

    If people have pics/stories to share then let them on opposite ends like one turn for picture/stories and another person plays music at the same time. with a gap of half the attendees.
    For instance: if we get 10 people, when person 1 is playing music, person 6 uploads pic / story. When person 2 has music person 7 puts up image / story.
    When person 6 plays music, person 1 uploads pic/story.
    I can make a template to help!

    Therefore, people are not too inactive from posting stuff for too long
    Give me your thoughts on this, good idea or too complicated @GreyNeo, and @UncleSpun

    Hiya Matt,

    Barring any technical difficulties like last month, I will be there to help facilitate a flow. Uncle Spun stepped up and graciously helped in that capacity last time - thank you again @UncleSpun . =^) If the crowd gets too big or too unruly (lol like we would be unruly) we can set up a turn based schedule for everyone that would like to share - be it music, pic or scary story etc. Keep in mind videos don't automatically play you have to click on it, so even if 3 ppl dropped in a video at the same time, it would be up to each individual to choose the ones they want to play/listen to, if any. If it does become an issue, I'll ask everyone that wants to share to go by a list that we can make up at the time since some ppl don't share, and just like to chat. I just worry about setting up a schedule now because I don't want to make anyone feel pressured or put on the spot, making them feel like they have to share music, pics, etc. I also worry that a set schedule would limit the spontaneous nature of topics and flow at our get-togethers.

    If by chance tech difficulties keep me from partially attending like last month, Uncle Spun would help facilitate some order. =^)

    I def understand where you're coming from and I think you're right, a schedule could be very helpful if we have any issues during the get-together. Thank you for your concern and appreciate your thoughts =^)
